1. PRODUCT DESIGNATION

must be handled and used consistently with that designation.
The sale of a product through P180 does not imply that the product has been approved for therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, veterinary, or other human-use purposes.
2. NO MEDICAL ADVICE

3. CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS
By purchasing a research-use product from P180, you represent and agree that:

• You are responsible for determining whether your purchase, possession, handling, storage, transport, and intended use are lawful in your jurisdiction;
• You will not rely on P180 for medical, prescribing, dosing, administration, or treatment guidance; and
• You accept responsibility for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and safety procedures relevant to your use of the product.
4. PRODUCT HANDLING
Research-use products should be handled only by individuals who understand the nature of the material and any appropriate laboratory, storage, handling, and safety procedures.
P180 does not control or supervise products after delivery and cannot verify how a product is stored, handled, prepared, transferred, or used after it leaves our possession.
5. TESTING, SPECIFICATIONS, AND CERTIFICATES
Where P180 provides analytical specifications, purity information, testing results, certificates of analysis, or similar documentation, such information applies only to the product or batch specifically identified in that documentation.
Availability of analytical documentation does not change a product’s research-use designation.
Analytical results should not be interpreted as evidence that a product is approved, appropriate, safe, or effective for human or veterinary use.
6. REGULATORY STATUS
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products designated for research use only are not represented by P180 as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, veterinary products, or approved therapeutic products.
P180 does not represent that every product offered on the Site may lawfully be purchased, possessed, shipped, or used in every jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to restrict, refuse, or cancel an order when we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary for legal, regulatory, carrier, payment, compliance, or policy reasons.
7. PROHIBITED USE
Research-use products purchased from P180 may not be used in a manner that is unlawful or inconsistent with their stated designation.
P180 reserves the right to refuse future transactions involving suspected misuse, misrepresentation, fraud, unlawful activity, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
Research-use products are sold for their designated research purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, P180 does not warrant that a product is suitable for a customer’s specific experiment, protocol, application, research objective, or other intended use.
Customers are responsible for evaluating whether a product is appropriate for their lawful research requirements.
